Safely Home Solutions was founded in March 2026 by two Western PA professionals with a combined 60+ years of healthcare and construction expertise — united by a single mission: helping families live safely at home.
Cliff has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1992, graduating from Thomas Jefferson University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. He founded the Pennsylvania Rehab Group in 1999, providing PT, OT, and clinical services to home health and hospice agencies across Western PA. His extensive career includes outpatient PT offices, home health contracting, and leadership as President & CEO of CMS-NY/PA, LLC. He brings a deep network of healthcare relationships and decades of clinical home safety assessment expertise to every client interaction.
Cliff currently sits on the Board of Governors for the Lourdes Hospital Foundation within the Guthrie Health System and is a former Board Member of the Western PA Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Michael has worked in Western PA for over 30 years as a union carpenter and construction specialist. Beginning his career within the AHN system and advancing to an elevated role within UPMC, he has spent decades focused on healthcare construction — including the installation of mobility devices, accessibility systems, and specialized patient environments. His expertise spans light and heavy construction across residential and commercial settings.
As an active real estate investor and entrepreneur, Mike brings a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of home rehabilitation and renovation. His practical knowledge ensures every installation is completed with precision, safety, and craftsmanship.
